The Rowena Top is similar to our beloved Evie Top, featuring delicate frills along the front bodice. It is made from 100% cotton mesh and designed to be worn over tutus or tucked into Nyx Skirts. The sheer fabric allows for layering across all seasons, offering light coverage for the arms and décolletage without added weight or bulk.
