Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
Meg by Design dispatches all Australian orders via Australia Post or DHL using fully tracked shipping services. Tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
If your parcel has not moved for more than seven days, you can request assistance directly through Australia Post or DHL using your tracking number.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location and may be longer during peak periods.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for a flat-rate fee based on the weight of your order. This option provides a faster delivery service within Australia.
International Shipping

Meg by Design ships worldwide from our warehouse in Australia.
International orders are sent via Australia Post or DHL Express, depending on your destination, the shipping service selected and the value of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at discounted contract rates, with Meg by Design subsidising a portion of the shipping cost.
Depending on your destination, your order may be sent using either:
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – applicable duties and taxes are collected during checkout.
- DAP (Delivered at Place) – duties, taxes and import fees are not collected at checkout and, where applicable, are payable by the customer before delivery.
The shipping options available for your destination will be displayed during checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on your location, customs processing and local postal services. While we dispatch orders promptly, Meg by Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
During collection launches, sale events and other busy periods, processing times may increase to 3–4 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Order Packaging
Every order is carefully wrapped in compostable tissue paper and packed in a fully compostable mailer wherever possible. We choose environmentally conscious packaging to help reduce waste and minimise our environmental impact.
Delivery Information
All Australian shipments are sent with Safe Drop enabled where available. If you are not home, your parcel may be left in a secure location at the driver's discretion. If no suitable safe place can be found, your parcel may be taken to your local post office or collection point.
Some international shipments require a signature upon delivery in accordance with local postal or customs requirements.
For international deliveries, tracking can usually continue through your local postal service using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
