 DOMESTIC SHIPPING

MegbyDesign dispatches all orders through Australia Post or DHL, employing a reliable tracked method to provide you with real-time updates on your shipment's progress with every order.

If your order is delayed by longer than a week you can request assistance from Australia Post or DHL on your tracking number page.

Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Please note that standard shipping may take a few business days, or longer during the peak periods.

Express Post Shipping: For those who prefer a quicker delivery, we offer the option to upgrade to Express Post for flat rate fees, depending on your order weight. This choice ensures expedited delivery within Australia.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Updated: 24 September 2025

MegbyDesign is delighted to ship to customers worldwide from our HQ in Australia. Our international shipping now works as follows:

  • Orders below your country’s tax-free threshold are shipped via Australia Post and may still be subject to duties, taxes, and customs processing fees upon arrival. Any duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Orders above the tax-free threshold are shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post Standard or Express International Shipping at live contract rates, from which we subsidise a flat-rate contribution. Depending on your location and order value, you may be offered either DDP (duties and taxes prepaid at checkout) or DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) shipping services at checkout. It is up to you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

    If you select a DDU service, all duties, taxes, and any costs associated with returning a parcel due to refused customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

    Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. MegbyDesign is not responsible for delays caused by customs, or for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

Any duties, taxes, or customs fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer, including any costs incurred if a parcel is refused and returned to us.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME


Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before it is dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. During busy and peak periods this time can increase to 3-4 business days.


ORDER PACKAGING

All of our orders are wrapped in compostable tissue paper and enclosed in a completely compostable mailer. We do this to reduce packaging waste as much as possible.

OTHER INFORMATION

All shipments are sent with "safe drop" enabled. This means your parcel may be left in a safe place if you are not at home at time of delivery. If the delivery driver cannot find a safe place a card may be left and you can pick it up from your local post office. Some international shipments require a signature upon delivery.
