Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase — but if it’s not quite right, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds on full-priced items.
Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for refund for change of mind on:

Items marked Final Sale

Items discounted by 40% or more

Items in unsellable condition (e.g. worn, washed, stained, damaged, or heavily scented)
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund under the Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and all associated costs. Please reach out to us via email (shop@megbydesign.com) in this case and we will assist you immediately.
Return Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging

Items must be free from perfume, stains or damage
We reserve the right to:

Deduct cleaning or repair fees for items not returned in acceptable condition

Reject a return entirely if the item is not in a sellable state. If your return is rejected, it will be sent back to you, and return shipping may be charged
These conditions apply to change-of-mind returns only.
Faulty items will always be handled according to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

International exchanges: $15 AUD flat rate

Additional exchanges: $10 AUD per swap

Returns are processed within 3 business days of arrival

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your provider
