If these charges are refused or left unpaid, DHL may return or even abandon the parcel. In such cases, MegbyDesign cannot be held responsible for any loss or additional costs. Should a parcel be returned to us, any refund issued will reflect deductions for return shipping fees, customs charges, or other costs passed back to us. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

To our knowledge, import duties for U.S. orders are approximately 25% of your total order value, with an additional 13% tax. Please note that no minimum order threshold applies—all orders, regardless of value, are subject to these charges.
