Please carefully read through this page before sending us a message as we are inundated with hundreds of emails a day. If your question is not listed here or in the description of each product feel free to email us at megbydesign@gmail.com or through the websites contact form below.

We prefer email communication as we can see the conversation record and it keeps our queries in one place. Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest messages often go unread due to the sheer volume.

GENERAL & STOCK

Question: Is this product in stock, I can't find it on your website?

Answer: If it's not on our website unfortunately we have sold out. 

 

Question: Could you notify me when this item is back in stock?

Answer: At this stage we cannot do this, but if you keep an eye out on here and our Instagram you will know the minute new products are listed.


Question: Will this item fit/suit me?

Answer: We provide measurements in the description of each product so you can find your perfect fit. Each garment fits every body differently, so we cannot answer this question.

Question: Do you do custom orders?

Answer: No, unfortunately we cannot accomodate custom orders. 


Question: Where do I purchase your products?

Answer: On this website! If you would like to see the pieces in person our stockist page has a list of all the beautiful stores that stock Megbydesign.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Question: How do I return or exchange my order?

Answer: Please send us back the returns form included in your parcel or write us a note with your name (that the order was placed under), your order number and action you would like taken.

Please note: Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your item and be in reasonable and re-sellable condition. You are responsible for any postage costs incurred sending your parcel back to us. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Question: My item arrived with a fault or was not what I ordered, what do I do?

Answer: If your item arrived with a fault or was incorrect please email us at megbydesign@gmail.com and let us know and we will arrange to send a new item to you with a prepaid returns satchel for you to return the wrong item one to us.

Please note: We check each item meticulously however the odd faulty item slips through the cracks and we take full responsibility. 

 

Question: Do you ship to my country and how much is shipping?

Answer: Yes! We ship internationally with a flat rate shipping of $16AUD.
Within Australia shipping is free!


Question: Do you offer a store credit instead of a refund?

Answer: No, we only offer to refund your original payment method.

 

PRODUCT CARE & FABRIC

Question: How do I wash my item?

Answer: Machine or hand wash in cold water and dry in the shade or in the dryer.


Question: The linen is more stiff than I was expecting, will it soften over time?

Answer: Yes! Our fabrics soften with the warmth of your body, time and washing.
