Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, however in the event that you don't Megbydesign offers exchanges, store credits or refunds on full priced items for any reason. 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned for a refund due to change of mind.

-Items marked as final sale 

-Items marked at 50% off sale

-Items that are in unsellable condition (eg. damaged, opened, worn or stained)

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The garment cannot smell of perfume or be damaged in any way.

Please note all returns must be initiated in our returns centre before they are sent to us.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item visit our Returns & Exchanges portal and follow the prompts. 

Place the item securely in its original packaging, including your order confirmation and RMA number within the parcel.

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless specified otherwise. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 3 business days from the received date of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
