Question: Is this product in stock, I can't find it on your website?
Answer: If it's not on our website unfortunately we have sold out. If the listing is still available you can opt in for back in stock notifications from the product page.
Question: Do you offer price adjustments?
Answer: Yes, if we put an item on sale and you have purchased that item within 7 days of the sale, please email our team and we will be happy to do a one time price adjustment for you.
Question: Can I change my order?
Answer: Please email our staff as soon as possible to notify us of any changes. We cannot guarantee that we can change your order, but we will try our best. We strongly recommend checking shipping addresses, sizing and styles before payment is completed.
Question: Will this item fit or suit me? What garment would you recommend?
Answer: We provide measurements in the description of each product so you can find your perfect fit. Each garment fits every body differently, so we cannot answer this question. The choices you make are so unique to you!
Question: Do you do custom orders?
Answer: No, we cannot accomodate custom orders.
Question: Where do I purchase your products?
Answer: On this website! If you would like to see the pieces in person our stockist page has a list of all the beautiful stores that stock MegbyDesign.
Question: Are you aware of websites using your photos and selling your products at a heavily reduced rate?
Answer: Yes, we know about these websites and are not affiliated with them in any way. As many of our customers know, the occurrence of counterfeit websites offering our pieces has significantly increased over time. By purchasing from these vendors you may be supporting unethical practices and will not receive a true MegbyDesign piece. Feel free to report them or comment true ownership, but there is no need to let us know. We appreciate you all so much for emailing us, but due to the volume it can clog our emails and delay all response times.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Question: How do I return or exchange my order?
Answer: Through our Returns & Exchanges portal on our website.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your item and be in reasonable and re-sellable condition. You are responsible for any postage costs incurred sending your parcel back to us. Final sale and sale items are not eligible for refunds. For a full view of our returns policy click here.
Question: My item arrived with a fault or was not what I ordered, what do I do?
Answer: If your item arrived with a fault or was incorrect please go through our Returns & Exchanges portal and follow the prompts and contact our team. We will organise a replacement, refund or store credit.
We check each item meticulously however the odd faulty item slips through the cracks and we take full responsibility.
Question: Do you ship to my country and how much is shipping?
Answer: Yes! We ship internationally to every country with a flat rate shipping of $15AUD.

Question: The fabric is more stiff than I was expecting, will it soften over time?
Answer: Yes! Our fabrics soften with the warmth of your body, time and washing.
